[IcedTea11] Populate unique SystemTap suffix from configure
The SystemTap tapsets use a unique suffix to differentiate between multiple JDK
installations (see bug 3825). This is currently hardcoded into the tapset files
(e.g. 'end11' for IcedTea 6.x, 'end8' in IcedTea 3.x).
So the tapset files don't have to be separately updated with each new major
version (now occurring every six months), we should populate this from
configure, which already knows which version it is building.

Introduce JAVA_SPEC_VER, which is no
different here, but will be for
IcedTea <= 3 (OpenJDK <= 8)
Replace "end11" with "end@JAVA_SPEC_VER@"
so that the unique suffix is completed
