RFR(S): 8191212: AIX: Build and polling page allocation broken after 8189941

Doerr, Martin
Hi,

the VM doesn't build any more on AIX after 8189941. In addition, the attempt_reserve_memory_at can't be used for polling pages because it returns non-protectable memory.

Please review this small fix:
http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~mdoerr/8191212_aix_polling_page/webrev.00/

Best regards,
Martin
